Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your place at any Tappers event.

 

1. Booking and Payment

 

To secure your place at any event, a completed booking form and payment are required as outlined on the booking form.

​

  • The person signing the booking form ("Lead Name") will be deemed responsible for all payments and the distribution of information to their party.

  • Confirmation will be sent to the Lead Name on the email address provided on the booking form approximately two weeks prior to the event, including directions to the venue unless otherwise agreed.

 

2. Cancellations and Transfers

​

If you need to cancel your booking or reduce the number of participants in your group:

​

  • Payments are not refundable.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify Tappers in writing with their details.

  • If, for any reason, the event cannot take place as scheduled, Tappers will endeavour to offer an acceptable alternative event. If this is not possible, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.

 

3. Photography, Filming, and Recordings

 

Photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during events for use in Tappers' publications, promotions, and social media.

  • Please inform us in writing before the event if you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings.

 

4. Event Conditions

 

This agreement is subject to any additional terms or conditions imposed by the owners of the venue(s) used, including their facilities and services.

​

  • Non-tapping family members are welcome to attend workshops and evening events; however, there will be no reduction in price.

  • For weekend events, individual day bookings, workshop-only participation, or off-site attendance will not be accepted.

  • All bookings must be made directly through Tappers; you cannot book directly with the hotel or venue.

 

5. Liability

Tappers cannot accept responsibility for:

​

  • Acts of God, cancellations, or changes to activities that are outside our control.

  • Any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or any member of your party.

 

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover for the event.

 

6. Programme Changes

​

Tappers reserves the right to make changes to advertised programmes if and when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Code of Conduct

 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants:

​

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow dancers.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
