As the summer sun shines, we’re excited to share our Summer News 2024 with you! From unforgettable memories at TapUK 2024 to exciting upcoming events, there’s plenty to look forward to in the year ahead.
TapUK 2024: A Weekend to Remember
Doesn’t it feel like yesterday that we were all together in Torquay tapping our hearts out? TapUK 2024 was an incredible weekend filled with fabulous workshops, vibrant performances, and, of course, a heartfelt farewell to Penny Smith.
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who joined us – whether you danced, shared photos, sent messages, or gave it your all in the final Dancing Queen routine, you made it a truly special weekend!
Festival Magazine: Sam has been working hard to capture all the highlights in our TapUK 2024 Festival Magazine, and it’s almost ready to print. Watch your letterbox – it’ll be landing soon!
Our Favourite Moment? Dancing in wellies! Who knew it could be so much fun? The feedback on this class has been fantastic, and it’s clear that everyone had an absolute blast.

Upcoming Events: Mark Your Calendars
1. Tapathon 2024 – 17th November (South East)
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be joining the UK’s annual Tapathon in support of BBC Children in Need. This is a fantastic opportunity to come together, raise funds for a great cause, and (hopefully!) break a world record.

Date: Sunday, 17th November 2024

2. TapUK 2025 – 16th-19th May 2025 (Torquay)
We’re already planning an incredible TapUK 2025 event! Here’s what you can look forward to:

Plus a brand-new instructor – stay tuned!
Rooms: Shared rooms are available, but if you’re looking for sole occupancy, spaces are very limited, so book early!
Early Booking Discount: Don’t forget to book before 17th November 2024 to secure your discount.
4. Autumn Festival 2025 – Midlands
We’re working on an exciting Autumn Festival for next year in the Midlands. More details will be released soon, and don’t worry – we’ll make sure it doesn’t clash with Lee Farrow’s annual weekend in September.
